Summary of our property management services

• Fill out our online application form
• Provide two photocopied proof of I.D. that is either birth certificate, passport or driver licence or similar
• 4 weeks bond (payable to the Department of Building and Housing)
• First weeks rent paid in advance at signing of lease
• Weekly rent payments paid in advance by bank automatic payment

We charge no letting fees to tenants or landlords.

We provide Property Management Services in the following locations:

• Dunedin & Coastal Otago (Brighton, Taieri Mouth, Waikouaiti, Karitane)
• Mosgiel & Taieri Plains
• South Otago (Balclutha, Milton, Lawrence)
