• Fill out our online application form
• Provide two photocopied proof of I.D. that is either birth certificate, passport or driver licence or similar
• 4 weeks bond (payable to the Department of Building and Housing)
• First weeks rent paid in advance at signing of lease
• Weekly rent payments paid in advance by bank automatic payment

• Coastal Otago (including MacAndrew Bay, Tomahawk, Waldronville, Brighton, Sawyers Bay, St Leonards, Port Chalmers)
• Fairfield, Green Island & Abbotsford
• Mosgiel & Taieri Pains (including Waihola, Allanton, Outram, & Lifestyle properties)
